Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Slice the baguette or Italian loaf in half lengthwise.
In a bowl, combine softened butter, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of both bread halves.
Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the buttered bread.

For extra golden and crispy cheese, broil for an additional 1–2 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then slice into 8 pieces and serve warm.
