  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and sprinkle with ranch seasoning.
  2. Add cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  3. Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
  4. Shred the chicken and mix it with the creamy sauce.
  5. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and bacon; let it melt thoroughly.
