  • 4 –5 fresh mint leaves
  • ½ oz elderflower syrup or St-Germain liqueur
  • 3 oz chilled Prosecco
  • 1 oz soda water or sparkling water
  • 1 lime slice for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add mint leaves and lightly press to release aroma.
  3. Pour in elderflower syrup, then add chilled Prosecco.
  4. Top with soda water and stir gently to mix.
  5. Garnish with a lime slice and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
