Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced zucchini
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers red and yellow
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil or sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat a large skillet or hibachi grill over medium-high heat.
  2. Add vegetable oil or sesame oil to the pan.
  3. Add onions and carrots first and sauté for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add broccoli, bell peppers, zucchini, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for another 5–6 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder, black pepper, and soy sauce over vegetables. Stir well to coat evenly.
  6. Cook for another 1–2 minutes, then remove from heat.
  7. Optional: Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
  8. Serve hot as a side dish with rice or protein.
